Through collaboration and joint marketing, we make it easier for both visitors and locals to discover everything that makes this place unique. Who are we?

At Karvats, you’ll meet artist and illustrator Åsa Bergström – a creative force who lets nature lead the way. Her art moves between the grand and the intimate: from hand-printed cards and portraits to artworks painted directly onto stones in the forest. Everything she creates is shaped by her curiosity, warmth and deep love for nature, people and the animals around her.
Mia Viltok
Mia Viltok is an entrepreneur and leader with a passion for people, creativity and development. She has been running businesses in Luleå for nearly 20 years and is the driving force behind ZNYGG, Viltok Varmt and GUL Produktion – three ventures that reflect her warmth, professionalism and determination.
Mia has been recognised as Sweden’s Employer of the Year, received Luleå Municipality’s business award and been nominated for Entrepreneur of the Year in Norrbotten.

A creative and passion-driven entrepreneur with over ten years of experience in design and marketing.
Through Victorias Grafiska, I help businesses strengthen their brands and communication, and through Polestar Treasures, I get to express my passion for genuine jewellery and true craftsmanship – an online shop featuring antique and vintage pieces, as well as silversmithing courses for those interested in the craft.

We are a property company based in Boden, owning and renting out properties to both businesses and private individuals.
Strömskatan Villas is our cabin village, welcoming both national and international visitors and offering comfortable accommodation in a beautiful natural setting.

Håvard Santi is the culinary creator behind Santis Smaker. With extensive experience and deep knowledge of gastronomy, he runs the company together with his family. Many years of running and developing restaurants have given him a wide network and a strong understanding of ingredients, flavours and guest experiences.
His passion for the local shines through in everything he does – from the ingredients he chooses to how each experience is crafted. The result is food and moments that reflect the richness and authenticity of the surrounding nature.
