Our three newly built cabins accommodate 5–8 guests and are fully equipped for a comfortable and relaxing stay – in any season. Here, you’ll be welcomed by tranquillity, closeness to nature and a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Our cabins is the perfect starting point for exploring the surroundings, discovering local attractions and experiencing everything Norrbotten has to offer.

Viltokvarmt
ViltokVarmt is a personal and homely place to stay in the small village of Avan, beautifully located on the riverbank between Luleå and Boden. Here, you stay in a private guesthouse with nature as your neighbour, silence as your companion, and space for rest and inspiration.
The house is ideal for couples, solo travellers or families with older children who want to experience the tranquillity of Norrbotten. In winter, you can watch the northern lights from your doorstep, and in summer you’ll enjoy bright nights and views over the river.
ViltokVarmt is also perfect for longer stays if you work in Luleå or Boden and are looking for a peaceful, personal alternative to a hotel. In the village you’ll find a summer café, a small farm shop and the ferry to Sunderbyn – with nearby attractions such as Cape Wild and Gammelstad Church Town.
